National Line™ Modular FRP Cover Systems |
||
Nemato National Line™ FRP covers provide solutions for odor control, gas retention and temperature sensitive process control requirements in Dome, Arch or Low Profile configurations. The covers are constructed of Fiberglass Reinforced Orthothalic, Isophthalic or Vinylester Resin (F.RP.) which can be used in applications ranging from high corrosion chemical storage to food grade water retention. Each cover meets all CGA and MOE codes using molded surfaces for all critical dimensions and are suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures up to 80° Celsius. The covers are totally non-corrosive and have a high gloss gel-coat finish with UV protection. The covers can be designed for pressure, vacuum, snow, wind and personnel loads with a 4 to 1 safety factor.
The covers are available as complete turn-key systems including design, installation and testing. National Line™ covers can have integrally molded steps to gas safety equipment, sample wells and manhole covers, accommodate all types of mixing systems and can be factory insulated. |
